If you used one of our products and it didn’t solve the problem, you’re covered. It’s that simple.
How will you fix the problem?
Just open a support ticket. We will diagnose the issue, and send you free of charge any of our products – as much as needed to solve the problem.
How do I get a refund?
Just submit a support ticket requesting a refund. Depending on where you bought from, we will give a refund:
- If you bought from a store or website: attach a copy of your receipt to your support ticket, and we will mail you a check for the full amount.
- If you bought directly from us: just let us know your order number and we’ll refund via your credit card.
Is there a limit to how much help I can get?
Nope! Our goal is to solve your problem. So no matter how much that may cost, we’re here to help. There is no limit to how far we will go to solve your problem.
