Description:

Customers call and email us asking us to help them through their pool problems. This means we get to play detective – asking questions and solving their case.

As one of our tech support detectives, you’ll get in depth training on chemistry, pool care, and methods of diagnosis. We’ll give you all the tools necessary to become a master slueth.

The best part is you’ll get to help people, and be empowered with all our resources to accomplish one simple goal – help the customer be happy.

    Responsibilities

    • Help solve the customer’s problem through any means necessary
    • Document interactions and outcomes through provided software
    • Capture customer details for future support cases
    • Collaborate and help develop content that helps customers

    Education Requirements:

    • Highschool Diploma/GED

    Experience Requirements:

    None

    Not Required, but will help win the position:

    • CRM Software experience
    • Remote support experience
    • Science background (degree or work experience)
    • Curiosity for learning chemistry and related sciences
    • Pool service experience (professional or personal)
